CBS offers commercial real estate (purchase or refinance; retail, office, industrial, multi-family, medical/dental & more), construction financing, term loans, and SBA loans, up to $30,000,000.00.
Our conventional loans can be used to purchase, refinance, or construct commercial real estate and machinery and equipment. Our SBA 7a and 504 loan programs provide small business borrowers access to capital for their owner-user businesses.

April 25th was “take your kid to work day”, an opportunity intended to give children a glimpse into the working world through the guidance of their parents. In this case, CBS was thrilled to host one of our employee’s granddaughters for the day! Her day consisted of filing, scanning, organizing, and copying paperwork, as well as preparing packages for shipping. It was a pleasure having her in the office for the day!
