Keith D. Reed
Keith D. Reed currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cooperative Business Services LLC. Keith has worked in the financial services industry since graduating in May 1988 from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) with a BS in Finance. Keith has over 17 years of successful experience in commercial lending and has worked as a Business Development Officer, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President for several regional and national lending institutions throughout the country. Keith has focused on both conventional and SBA commercial financing utilizing various lending vehicles available with each lending institution.
As Chief Executive Officer, Keith is responsible for the overall growth and development of Cooperative Business Services LLC as a credit engine utilized to underwrite, service, and manage business credit for owner and subscriber credit unions.
Angela R. Kelley
Angela R. Kelley currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Cooperative Business Services LLC. Angela has worked in the accounting field since graduating in May 1989 from Ball State University with a B.S. in Accounting. Angela has worked in Public accounting as an audit manager and a tax manager. She has also worked for G.E. Capital preparing extensive account reconciliations and budgets.
As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Angela is responsible for the servicing of member business loans and the financial reporting of Cooperative Business Services LLC. In addition, Angela leads and manages many special projects as it relates to the growth and continued development of the company.
Angela is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Elizabeth A. Shanahan
Elizabeth A. Shanahan currently serves as Senior Vice President of Compliance for Cooperative Business Services, LLC. Elizabeth's background includes over 11 years of commercial lending experience working for Transamerica Commercial Finance, GE Capital Corporation, and Provident Bank. Roles within these companies were as a Senior Processor, Risk Analyst, Documentation Review Analyst, and Credit Analyst.
Elizabeth's current role as Senior Vice President of Compliance allows her to utilize her past experience to assure compliance of loans and credit union adherence to member business lending policies/procedures. As Senior Vice President, Elizabeth manages credit file activity, creates loan documentation for loan closings, oversees compliance initiatives of Cooperative Business Services LLC, and assists in training initiatives designed to strengthen credit and file packaging skills of member credit unions.
Lorain Cooper
Lorain Cooper currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of SBA Lending for Cooperative Business Services LLC. Lorain has worked in the financial services industry since graduating from Florida Community College (Jacksonville, Florida). Lorain has secured additional business lending education through courses from NAGGL (National Association Government Guaranteed Lenders) and ABA (American Bankers Association). Lorain has over 18 years of successful experience in commercial lending and has worked as a Business Development Officer, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President for several regional and national lending institutions throughout the country. Lorain's background includes experience in Special Assets Management and, more recently, in SBA and USDA Business & Industry commercial financing. Lorain is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women Forum in Cincinnati and The Risk Management Association.
As Senior Vice President, Lorain is responsible for sucessfully developing and delivering SBA Commercial Loan Services, SBA Packaging and SBA Product Training to area credit union clients and the members they serve. Lorain is also responsible for Special Assets Management on behalf of Cooperative Business Services LLC.
Andrew Conley
Andrew P. Conley currently serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Compliance for Cooperative Business Services, LLC. Andrew has practiced in the areas of commercial financing as well as corporate and real estate law since graduating in 2001 from The Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Andrew has work experience as a closing attorney for SBA 504 loan transactions through a local area Certified Development Company. More recently, Andrew has served in private practice representing a variety of lending institutions and small businesses relative to the closing and funding of various conventional and SBA guaranteed transactions.
As General Counsel and Vice President of Compliance, Andrew is responsible for representing Cooperative Business Services, LLC in loan closing preparation and compliance initiatives. Andrew holds a B.S. degree in Business from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Andy Weingartner
Andy Weingartner currently serves as Vice President of Business Lending for Cooperative Business Services LLC. Andy has worked in the financial services field since graduating in 2002 from Xavier University with a B.S. in Finance. Andy has worked for Provident Bank as a Management Trainee and as a Portfolio Manager. He has also worked for Cinergy Corporation as a Collateral Analyst on their trading floor.
As Vice President of Business Lending, Andy utilizes his background to underwrite commercial business credit, manage credit portfolio risk, and assist in business development and credit training initiatives for the CUSO.
Daisy K. Shafer
Daisy K. Shafer currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Marketing for Cooperative Business Services LLC.
Daisy has worked in the financial services industry since graduating in June 2003 from Wright State University with a BS in International Business. Daisy's background included over 2 successful years of service in consumer lending for MidFirst Credit Union. Daisy's roles within this company were loan processing, loan documentation, and loan closing preparation.
As Vice President of Finance and Marketing, Daisy will be servicing member business loans for Cooperative Business Services LLC as well as developing and executing marketing initiatives for the CUSO.
Walter W. Dyminski
Walter W. Dyminski currently serves as Vice President and Director of Kentucky Operations for Cooperative Business Services, LLC. Walter has over 19 years of experience in financial services and commercial lending and has worked as a Financial Services Officer, Director and Managing Director for several regional and national investment banking and financial institutions throughout the country. Mr. Dyminski’s background includes extensive commercial real estate financing, property management, real estate development and market feasibility studies. He has been involved in the structuring of retail, apartment, office, industrial, as well as limited and full service hotel properties. Mr. Dyminski received his B.S. Degree in Finance and Economics in 1989 and his M.B.A in 1992 from the University of Tampa.
As Vice President and Director of Kentucky, he is responsible for the origination of commercial loans and development of new credit union subscribers to the services of Cooperative Business Services, LLC in Kentucky.
Leslie Biskner
Leslie Biskner currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for Cooperative Business Services LLC in Central Ohio. Leslie has worked in the real estate services industry since graduating from The Ohio State University in 1994. She has completed continuing education courses at Hondros College in Columbus, focusing on real estate transactions. Leslie has over 10 years of successful experience in commercial real estate, both as a buyer and seller, and has worked as a Business Development Officer in such specialty areas as environmentally challenged sites and new construction for several regional and national companies. Leslie has served on several community boards, including the Westerville Parks Foundation, and is a past National Delegate and the 2004 past President of the Columbus Commercial Real Estate Women in Columbus. She is a featured author in Business First of Columbus, an associate member of the Ohio Society of CPA's, a member of The Risk Management Association, and also a member of The Columbus Real Estate Exchangers (CREE).
As Vice President, Leslie is responsible for the overall development of Business Loan Origination for Cooperative Business Services LLC in Central Ohio.
Debbie Scheetz
Debbie Scheetz currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for Cooperative Business Services, LLC ("CBS LLC"). Debbie has worked in the financial services industry since graduating in 1989 from the University of Cincinnati with B.B.A degree in Marketing and Management. Debbie has over 17 years of successful experience in commercial banking and has served as a Branch Manager, Business Banking Officer, Assistant Vice President and Vice President for two national full-service banking institutions in Southwest Ohio. More recently, Debbie has served as a Business Banking Relationship Officer with an emphasis on both conventional and SBA guaranteed lending as well as commercial portfolio management.
As Vice President of Business Development, Debbie is responsible for the origination of both conventional and SBA guaranteed commercial loan opportunities that meet member eligibility requirements of Cooperative Business Services, LLC and the credit unions it serves. Debbie also assists with the on-going management of her business credit portfolio as well as the management of her client relationships through CBS LLC.
Pepper Forrest
Pepper Forrest currently serves as a business loan closing specialist in the Compliance Department of Cooperative Business Services, LLC. Pepper is a 1996 graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a B.S. Degree in Human Rehabilitation. Prior to entering the business lending field in 1999, Pepper did service work with developmentally disabled adults. Pepper has over eight years of experience in closing loan transactions with emphasis on loan documentation, quality control, secondary marketing and overall compliance initiatives.
Pepper brings experience and depth to the closing and compliance function of Cooperative Business Services, LLC and will focus her energy on proper closing, funding and administrative support of business loans originated by area credit unions.
Trevor Haley
Trevor Haley currently serves as Credit Analyst of Business Lending for CBS, LLC. Trevor has worked in the financial services industry since graduating from the University of Iowa in 2006 with a BA in Economics. At Iowa, he was also a member of the Varsity Men’s Swim team from 2002-2006. His background includes nearly 2 years’ work experience as a Credit Analyst since graduation in 2006. He has also worked as a summer intern for a mortgage lending corporation in Southern California.
As a Credit Analyst for Business Lending, Trevor will be underwriting commercial business credits and assisting management with credit portfolio risk.
